Inside Sales Account Manager I Dell SecureWorks Atlanta, GA

The Manager of Inside Sales has responsibility for front end sales target market analyses and execution, inside sales hiring and selection strategies and processes, inside sales training development and instruction, sales process and contact activity evolvement and refinement, managing day to day inside sales operations and personnel, evaluation, hiring  and firing of inside sales reps and quota and compensation advisement. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 
·         Dynamically lead and motivate 20 member inside sales team
·         Maintain and evolve comprehensive prospect contact activities and metrics
·         Target market analyses, messaging, positioning and inside sales process development and implementation
·         Optimize inside sales utilization for maximum market outreach activities
·         Evolve hiring strategies, interview processes, selection, training, evaluation of employees with termination capabilities
 
Additional Responsibilities:
 
·         Recognize, anticipate change and lead inside sales team to adapt accordingly as continual market leader with ever-evolving changing market dynamics. 
·         Rapid decision-making ability with crystal-clear accurate insight for identifying new messaging and target opportunities for continued growth.
·         Motivate, instill and maintain high employee work attitude, team building and cohesiveness
·         Collaborate with Sales Management and Inside Sales Team Leads for maximum inside sales effectiveness and pipeline building activities.
·         Maintain and evolve accurate CRM and Inside Sales activity tracking and reporting methodologies
·         Enable individual employee growth and mentorship for sales professional development

Education and Requirements:
·         Minimum of 7 years experience in direct sales/account management in technology, information security or managed service industry, preferably serving Fortune 1000 companies
·        2 years management experience
·         Strong technical and business challenge understanding of small and large enterprises
·         Experience working with complex, sophisticated services suite and selling/buying environments.
·         Advanced communication, writing and organization skills
·         Successful track record in inside sales with excellent communication and management ability.
·         Bachelor degree or higher.
·         Must be available to work from the Secureworks office in Atlanta, GA.
