POSITION SUMMARY
The SecureWorks Sales Support Specialist role is a Mid-level role within the SecureWorks Sales Operations Team. Sales Support Specialist responsibilities include collecting, preparing and assisting with the importing of prospect data into our CRM system. Creating reports and editing data within the CRM system. SecureWorks Sales Support Specialists are expected to be capable of managing tasks and functions with limited supervision and of providing input to processes with an eye toward improving efficiency.
 
Preferred Technical Experience: 
- Knowledge of Relational Database including structure, data normalization, data formatting
- High level Excel including formulas, graphs, pivots, macros, and light VBA
- Advanced reporting abilities
- Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, CRM software.
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Create, and Edit and distribute KPI Reports for the various Sales Teams.
- Adhoc reporting and editing
- Convert prospect data into a useful common format.
- Cleanse incoming prospect data of duplicates and invalid data as needed.
- Perform regular scans on CRM data and ensure data quality is maintained.
- Work with team to identify data integrity issues.
- Assist sales team with creating target reports.
- Support the sales team with data verification requests
- Work with outside vendors to ensure company goals and values are met
- Work with Sales, Marketing and others to support sales team initiatives

- Strong written and verbal communications skills. 
- Experience with Excel formulas, macros and SQL 
- Team  player with strong work ethic and eagerness to learn 
- Knowledge of other PC software programs including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
 
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or technology major preferred but not required
- At least 2 years of work history
