Dell a récemment fait l’acquisition de Wyse Technology, le leader mondial de l’informatique client en nuage (Cloud Client Computing) afin d’élargir considérablement son offre de virtualisation de bureau. L’ajout de Wyse étend les capacités de virtualisation de bureau de Dell et fournit de nouveaux débouchés pour la gamme complète de solutions d'entreprise de Dell et de ses services aux entreprises.
En tant que développeur, vous aurez l’occasion de travailler dans un environnement à cadence rapide utilisant un processus de développement cultivant la collaboration entre les spécialistes de tests, les développeurs et les gestionnaires de produit. Faisant partie intégrante du cycle de développement, vous aurez un impact significatif dans la livraison de produits uniques.

Cette position nécessite le design et le test de composants logiciels déployés à l’intérieur du réseau d’une emprise afin d’intégrer des systèmes corporatifs dans un outil de gestion en nuage.
Nous recherchons une personne motivée et centrée sur la qualité candidat qui aime déterminer les besoins des clients, apprécie les choses bien faites et qui est enthousiasmé par l'apprentissage de nouvelles technologies. Le candidat devra être à l'aise avec un large éventail d'outils et de technologies.
RESPONSABILITÉS:
- Collaborer au design et aux considérations de test de nouvelles fonctions;
- Faire le design et écrire des composants logiciels fonctionnant à partir de serveurs Windows ou autres systèmes d’entreprise;
- Les composants logiciels incluront des services Windows, des bibliothèques C#, des protocoles propriétaires ou standards basés sur les certificats d'authentification, ActiveSync, des scripts PowerShell, des installeurs MSI, des modules d'interface pour les intégrations de périphériques, des modules Active Directory…
- Tous les modules devront être gérables localement ainsi qu’en nuage;
- Fournir de la documentation claire et complète de toute interface entre modules.

As a senior developer, you will have an opportunity to work in a fast paced environment and be exposed to a development process where Test Specialist and Developers work hand in hand. As part of the development cycle, you will have a critical impact on delivering a unique product.

This position will entail the validation of product requirements; lead architectural and design proposals in collaboration with team members with strong consideration for security, performance, reliability and scalability; building of project plans and establishing milestones; assigning tasks to developers and following up on progress and escalating diligently if roadblocks are encountered.
We are seeking a self-motivated quality-focused candidate who simply loves determining customer needs and their projection into system requirements, appreciates things done right and who is enthusiastic about learning new technologies. The candidate will need to be at ease with using a wide-array of technologies and tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Help Product Manager break down high-level customer requirements into complete and usable design and application requirements
· Propose architecture for a multi-function on-premise appliance manageable either locally or through the cloud
· Identify components that will require special care in security, performance, reliability or scalability and make sure they are properly addressed
· Work with Developers to provide early designs, estimates and architectural considerations
· Work with Developers and Deployment teams to bring forth operational considerations (upgrade considerations, performance considerations…)
· Work with QA and Developers to devise test strategies and plan for development of test components when required
· Software components will include Windows Services, C# libraries, proprietary and standard protocols, certificate-based authentication, ActiveSync plug-ins, scripts, MSI installers, interface modules for device integrations, Active Directory modules
· Perform research in new areas of technology
Qualifications
- 10 ans ou plus en développement logiciel;
- Expertise en développement d’applications distribuées .NET ou J2EE;
- Expertise en SSL et l’authentification par certificat;
- Expertise en Active Directory, ActiveSync, SharePoint, Office365 ou module serveur;
- Expertise en C++;
- Expertise en Java ou .NET;
- Expertise en Windows Server;
- Expertise en Windows Services;
- Expertise en infrastructure réseau (balanceur de charge, SSL, application à haut volume, VLAN, NDIS…);
- Expérience en développement multi-site;
- Excellente communication.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 12+ years software engineering
· 6+ years in system engineering and software architecture
· Expertise in Client-Server and/or Web applications
· Expertise in resource constrained environment (real-time OS, scalable architecture)
· Experience interfacing with product managers, development teams and customers
· Expertise in applications involving hand-held devices (iPhone, Android, Windows Phone…) and enterprise infrastructure (Active Directory, ActiveSync…)
· Expertise in communication infrastructure (firewalls, load-balancers, virtual LANs…)
