Job Description
· Leads overall technical implementation for large and complex customer engagements.
· Provides expertise on the availability and viability of third party components and services.
· Ensures third party components comply with established architecture.
· Implements the information technology architecture and the total systems solutions to the customer.
· Mentors less experienced systems consultants.
· Technical expert for one or more key technologies including VMWare vSphere and ESX platforms, Active Directory, Exchange 20xx, SCCM 2007 and SC 2012, SCOM, Lync , Windows 7 and deployment technologies and Citrix.
· Assist the sales teams to wins business.
· Travel required (30% to 70%)
Knowledge and Skills
Having broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
· Expertise in multiple core Dell technologies.
· Architect experience within large environments especially within core Dell technology offerings.
· Ability to perform a wide variety of technical and administrative duties in overall systems design, development, and delivery.
· Demonstrate extensive creativity and expertise in information systems discipline.
· Strong analysis and communication skills and the ability to resolve complex technical problems.
· Advanced documentation/presentation skills
· Expert in one or more of the core technologies used by the firm.
· Expert knowledge of Dell offerings and toolsets used on projects.
· Must possess strong knowledge of Project Management methodology
· English Fluency
Experience
· 6+ years experience with Masters Degree
· 8+ years experience with Bachelors Degree.
· 12+ years experience with High School Diploma or equivalency
Certifications
· Current Microsoft Infrastructure certifications - MCSE, MCIPT, MCM, MCA etc.
· Current VMWare Certification
· PMP is an asset
· Other industry related certificated
