Dell's Taiwan Design Center (TDC) was established in 2003 to closely collaborate with local partners and suppliers. Growing every year since, TDC transformed into a fully functional design center, adding talented teams and functions to support a growing portfolio of mobile, server, and cloud computing products designed for Dell’s global brands, including Latitude, Inspiron, and Vostro, PowerEdge, and PowerEdge C-Series (Hyperscale/Cloud). As a leading multi-national company, Dell's working environment gives employees access to well-established best practices for team management, leadership development, and culture of empowerment and accountability. In addition to numerous design engineering functions, TDC hosts program and project management, product marketing, quality, services, operations, finance, and HR functions, among others. The presence and capabilities of these functions working together provides TDC's employees a chance to broaden their skill profile as well as opportunities to rotate and develop internally to other functions.
