Account Executive I Remote Field Satellite Office, China

Description:
l  Individual contributors responsible for selling Dell’s full product and service lines (face-to-face) to new and existing customers in specified segments. Solution and relationship focused.
l  Owns the face-to-face interaction with the customer (Mainly in China Education).
l  Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards 
l  Builds strong customer relationships.
l  Focuses on either retention/development of existing customers or new account on international education business acquisition. 
l  Drives Dell’s initiatives down into assigned account set/territory while delivering revenue, units, margin, enterprise, and services revenue. 
l  Teams with internal Dell resources and leads the cross functional sales team in making the best business decisions.
Qualifications:
l  Knowledge:
Articulates how the Dell business model relates to selling Dell products and services. Point of contact but may escalate customer issues/concerns as appropriate.
 
l  Experience:
4–6 years of sales experience, specificly in China Education Segment.
1–2 years of related, industry or segment experience
