Assign errors identified by the audit team, as well as those reported by Dell customers and employees, to the appropriate resolution contact. Follow up on all issues until they have been fixed. Prepare and distribute reports that demonstrate audit results and trends.

1. Bachelor Degree
2. Proficient with Microsoft applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel. Additionally, need a basic 3.Adept at navigating large, complex websites
Experience using search sites, like Google and Yahoo
Ability to communicate in English with a global team, both verbally and in writing
Able to navigate a large network of contacts (almost like a detective) to find the right person or team to resolve uncommon issues.
Willingness to work in different shifts.
Detail oriented, even when working quickly and doing repetitive tasks.
Dependable and reliable
Good organizational skills
Technical background not required, but knowledge of computer components a plus
