1. 配合所支持的销售团队制定销售计划，完成企业产品（服务器，存储和网络交换机）的季度销售指标。
2. 了解客户需求，通过电话和电子邮件为客户提供产品、技术解决方案。
3. 跟踪客户项目，赢得客户订单。
4. 提升自身销售能力和企业产品解决方案知识水平，提供良好客户体验。
1. 大学本科学历或以上，5年以上IT领域的相关工作经验。
2. 至少2年以上售前技术支持相关工作经验。
3. 良好的电话沟通技巧和销售能力。
4. 能够在充满压力的环境中工作、快速学习并完成季度指标。
5. 丰富的服务器和存储知识(包括光纤磁盘柜、磁带备份、SAN、NAS和集群系统)。
6. 中国组要求流利的国语表达能力，粤语组要求流利的粤语沟通能力。Life At Dell
