Location: Dalian, Liaoning, China

In this role on the Global Evaluation team, you will be responsible for managing the invoicing and collections of evaluation orders. Your role will be to engage with sales and external customers to promote the purchase of evaluation units at the end of evaluation trail periods. The role incudes the processing of invoices when customers decide to purchase evaluation units at the end of the trial period, along with requesting the return of units if the customer wants to return the unit at the end of the evaluation period. You will work closely with sales, external customers, customer care and the finance teams across all regions. The position reports to the senior manager of evaluation programs who is based in EMEA.
Role Responsibilities
- R esponsible to ensure minimal overdue balances of evaluation orders across the countries assigned to you
- Monitoring overdue evaluation balances on accounts. Following up on overdue balances with sales and external customers to promote a purchase or a return decision
- Managing the information within the Spike tool to reflect when a purchase or a return has been completed
- Working with customer care on the requests for a return of evaluation units to Dell
- Working with finance on requests for pricing changes in the promotion of a purchase at the end of a trial period
- Working with the evaluation program leadership team on evaluation trial extension request

- Fluency in English is required plus Chinese / local language
- Strong working knowledge of the following Dell systems:  Gii, DELTA, Dellserv, Omega, Ticketing Tool, COSMOS, RIMS
- Must be organized, have an eye for detail and can manage a high work load via prioritization of tasks
- Ability to communicate across a range of departments within Dell (written + oral English)
- Prior experience working with customer care or order processing teams
- Business process improvement qualification (yellow or green belt certified)
- Familiarity with Dell’s evaluation program processes and the Spike tool.
