§ Minimum 8-10 years experience with Global Supply Chain Management
§ Strong background demand/supply planning, supplier management and operational management
§ Good leadership skills and able to manage and deliver in an ambiguous environment
§ Build alignment, commit to outstanding teamwork and ability to work across organizational boundaries
§ Strong communicator, persuasive and negotiator – able to sell supply chain concepts and solutions.
§ Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma will be an added advantage
