Requirement for this role:
· Education: Degree in Industrial Design or equivalent experience
· Experience: 8+ years of relevant design experience
· Strong Portfolio demonstrating superior problem solving & ideation
· Story telling capabilities (Story board, Strategy, Customer Focus and Vision)
· Hands on Design Skills ( CAD, Sketching, Rendering, Lifestyle imagery, Concepts, etc,)
· 3D CAD/surfacing and solid modeling proficiency (Pro-Engineer preferred)
· MS Office proficiency & Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
· Ability to self-direct, Communication and Negotiation skills, Ability to set proper Priorities
· Strong written and verbal English communications skills
