Business Systems Sr. Analyst - New York, NY
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with experience and in-depth knowledge of Capital markets domain.
-Participate in High Level Business & Project Review Meetings for Capital markets application/s
-Interacting with business stakeholders for requirements gathering, analysis, documentation etc.
-Work with the delivery / implementation teams to provide domain inputs and to ensure delivery and
implementation of the proposed solution
-Liaise with various business and project stakeholders on an ongoing basis to understand their needs
and priorities as well as to pro-actively manage expectations, buy-in, feedback and resolution of
-Interacting with the technical team to ensure that the requirements are clear and well understood
-Translating business requirement document to software requirement specifications
-Review Test strategy & test specifications, assist in Functional testing and provide UAT/BAT support
-Strong Experience working with any one of the major asset classes i.e. Equities, FI, OTC Derivatives,
-Experience working in the trade processing lifecycle from Order routing, capture, confirmation,
clearing & Settlement for an investment Bank, broker/ dealer
-Experience working with FINRA and OATS reporting
-Experience in Analyzing Requirements and assessing System Impact, documenting the Impact
-Experience in Testing the changes and ensuring the successful implementation of requirements
-Good analytical and problem solving skills coupled with creativity and can-do attitude
-Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment with ability to remotely coordinate with
various spread across different locations and time-zones
-Understanding of Regulatory Compliance requirements in Capital markets (Dodd frank, EMIR, MIFID
-Experience in Assessing Compliance changes and analyzing impact
-Experience in any of the major trade processing product ( Murex, Calypso, Summit, Kondor etc)
-5 to 7 years experience
