Entry Level Customer Service Representatives - Lincoln, NE
Dell is looking for Entry Level Customer Service Representatives for our Lincoln, NE office to join our Staffing Services team as part of this new exciting organization. Through the process of change, we are challenging ourselves to work faster, smarter, and more efficiently. These roles will be a key component in shaping how the business will work in the short, medium, and long term. The success of the candidate will directly affect the overall performance of the regional growth plan.
-Provide basic customer service in a fast-paced telephone environment and enter customer data into a system
-Answer multi-line phone calls to collect and verify customer data
-Uses software applications to enter data into the system accurately
-Independently handle and resolve incoming calls and route or escalate appropriately
-Demonstrates through customer interactions the skills necessary to accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries in an organized manner, resulting in acceptable production levels
-Handles confidential information in accordance with HIPAA requirements
-Documents calls in accordance with departmental policies
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 9-18 month’s experience in a customer service environment
- Good knowledge of multi-line phone system
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Sound reasoning and problem solving skills
- Ability to read, understand and follow written policies and procedures
- Proficient in software programs including Windows and MS Office applications
-Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred
-Experience in a call center environment a plus
-Experience in the Healthcare Payer or Provider market industries a plus
