Q:  Will Dell retain my personal information related to the COVID-19 Vaccine status?

A:  Dell will retain the information you provide for the COVID-19 Vaccine immunization status during the period of the COVID-19 public health pandemic and in accordance with applicable law and local government requirements.

 

Q:  Who will have access to my vaccination status and test results?

A:  This information will be shared with Dell HR and Environment, Health, and Safety (“EHS”) team and applicable public health authorities (as required by applicable law). Dell will retain the information you provide for at least 30 days (subject to local laws)

 

Q:  As a candidate will I be expected to comply with the COVID-19 Vaccine policy during onsite interviews?

A:  Yes, subject to applicable local law and government requirements.

 

Q:  Are there situations when I would be required to be COVID-19 vaccinated?

A:  Yes, if your role requires you to visit customer sites that require individuals to be vaccinated for COVID-19, or anyone who works with or supports US Federal customers/accounts. Ask your recruiter if the role you are applying for may require you to visit customer locations.

 

Q:  What type of COVID-19 testing is required for me to enter a Dell site?

A:  A negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test is required.
