I joined Dell Technologies in 2014 as a Service Management Specialist. My journey since then has been full of great learning and immense growth opportunities in my roles and responsibilities.
When I joined the organization specializing in Service Management implementation and operations, there were many brilliant opportunities offered by leaders to challenge my potential. I participated in areas such as Account Delivery Management, SLM and Reporting, Critical Incident Management setup, Service Integration, and even led cross-functional teams like Project and Capacity Management. Initially, I had little experience in some of these areas, but with the guidance of so many great leaders, I was able to give my best, learn so much, and deliver exceptional results.
Personally, I’d say what keeps me at Dell Technologies is great leadership, absolute clarity on vision and goals, opportunities for all, and most importantly, our people philosophy!
I’m grateful to have been a part of some great leadership programs within Dell, like the Emerging Leadership Program and EDGE. In addition, several upskill programs and trainings have helped me grow immensely during my career journey.
