Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

When you are hired, Dell provides support for all employees

Here at Dell, our commitment to diversity goes beyond hiring a diverse workforce. We want to empower and support our workforce by providing them access to Employee Resource Groups.

These groups allow our employees to connect with other employees with whom they identify with. Our ERGs focus their annual programming around four key pillars: Community Impact, Business Innovation, Professional Development, and Team Member Experience. At Dell, there is a resource group for everyone and if there is not, we invite you to pave the way and start your community.
