Experienced Hire Onboarding

Our training class will enhance your current sales skills while you learn about Dell, our own sales methodology and our products/solutions.
Inside Sales Track
Commercial Account Managers can move through 4 levels as an Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM).
Team members need to spend a minimum of 18 months in a role before a movement to another role can be considered. The exact time-in-role requirement may vary by sales organization and role.
New hires typically enter as an ISAM I or II, then progress through the Inside Sales track. There are a total of 4 different levels of advancement in Inside Sales. Upon completion, you have the opportunity to change tracks. Your progression through the track is based on the scope and complexity of your account set and customers. In order to be considered eligible for advancement, you must meet the time-in-role and progression requirements.
