Analyst/Senior Analyst, HR Shared Services

We lead on multiple HR areas, including talent management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, vendor management, human resources information management and records management. Constantly consulting with HR and business leadership to ensure our support meets the needs of the organization, we drive the development of programs to build business capability, input onboarding or offboarding and influence business change.

What you’ll achieve

Manage site operational activities on ground level. Being site partner, to coordinate with various internal & external stakeholders, local vendors and even government departments. Contributes to and assist in the development of projects/processes. Ensures practices/procedures comply with government policy change implementation and local laws, statutory and audit requirements.


You will:

  • Responsible for handling employee social insurance, work-related injuries, onboarding, offboarding, leaves, employee data, local benefits etc. and other HR related business.
  • Assist in answering employee inquiries and providing onsite HR support
  • Provide support in various aspects, including data and process management, to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Exercises judgment within defined HR procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Regularly interacts with inside and outside customers and vendors
  • Uses judgment within defined Share Services practices and procedures. Handles projects which have short term focus
  • Develops moderate scope projects/processes that align with Share Services Management strategy
  • Works closely with staffing, generalist, C&B and LOB to make sure their needs are met
  • May be cross-trained in multiple HR processes
  • Performs as team lead on small projects
  • Supports the change management on HR applications/systems within the specified timeframe as assigned

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in Human Resources Management, Statistics, or related fields preferred.
  • Have 1-2 years or more of experience in human resources work in a large company, fluent in English.
  • Data processing skills and be proficient in using office tools and other AI tools.
  • Detail-oriented and responsible, with a cheerful and outgoing personality; logical thinking and quick learner.

Desirable Requirements

·Strong customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills

·Ability to multi-tasks

·Familiar with local HR related legislations/laws

·Familiar with HCM & ServiceNow tool
