A Chief of Staff will use strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills to assist with the daily/ongoing operations of Software and Peripherals (S&P) Product Group. The Chief of Staff is also expected to act as a consultant to the S&P GM, offering recommendations on how to measure progress.

  • Develop, plan and manage the Business Management (BMS) cadence for the Executive’s organization, consisting of Staff meetings, Monthly Ops Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, semi-annual Leadership Meetings and other ongoing meetings as needed

  • Collaborate with S&P GM and Leadership team to determine and prioritize business strategies, and support key strategic programs and initiatives to ensure key actions are being captured, tracked, and completed

  • Build and sustain effective communications and strategic executive presentations with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams; Work closely with executive communications (as applicable) to support speaking engagements on behalf of the Executive

  • Lead rigorous process improvement efforts, along with complex problem solving globally

  • Responsible with SVP of delivering annual plan, financial performance and the organization’s relative performance

Note that the Chief of Staff will be expected to travel up to 25% of the time ensuring balanced coverage between technology partners and the regional teams (pending Covid-19 travel restrictions)

Essential requirements:

  • 8 to 12 years of related experience in planning, communication, organization and people management and motivation skill

  • Strong leadership and project management skills

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Process oriented - able to prioritize projects and deliverables. Self-motivated, enthusiastic and positive attitude

  • Deals well with ambiguity and able to define a path forward
