Cloud Services Sr Principal Technical Program Manager
Location: Remote - US
With a global remit, our Technical Program Management professionals lead cross-functional product design teams to develop and introduce game-changing new products and solutions. It’s about making sure we offer customers the right features, experience, quality, schedule, cost, continuity of supply, service capability and financials. And when products and solutions are in development, it’s about driving everything from definition through to planning, development and launch across global development centers and multiple lines of business. What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Program Manager in the Dell Technologies Services organization you will be responsible for the services strategy and planning for new products. You will work with the Dell Technologies Cloud business unit and the global services delivery teams to ensure the successful launch of new Dell Technologies Cloud products and services.
Represent Dell Technologies Services to product management and engineering at both the executive and core team levels.
Influence and collaborate with both Cloud Product Group and Dell Technologies Services teams on strategic programs critical to our success. This includes defining the services offer strategy required for new products and ensuring the adherence to services requirements
Lead the global management and execution of cross-functional programs throughout the product/solution lifecycle, documenting services progress, risks and dependencies at every phase of the Offer Lifecycle Process
Chair the Services Extended Team for your assigned products, ensuring functional groups within Services receive all required product release information and supply feedback on planning and priorities; inspire the cross-functional services team to create innovative solutions to complex problems and meet timelines to coincide with product requirements and release schedules.
Communicate status, plans and risks to executive management and other key stakeholders

Strategic thinker and ability to intelligently weigh in on the direction of the cloud-based offerings and make recommendations/influence decisions with fact-based discussions and presentations.
Experience and ability to understand multiple technologies and how they interact for the benefit of customers, delivered in a Cloud environment.
Track record of leading and managing complex programs and projects with excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to influence.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong ability to articulate situations and identify viable options, then create compelling, influential data-driven presentations to an executive level audience.
Problem-solving skills that determine the source of a problem and find an effective solution. Ability to develop fact and data based recommendations and business justifications
A bachelor’s degree in a technical field of study or equivalent experience. MBA or advanced degree a plus
At least 15 years’ experience in the IT industry, preferably in storage, networking, and/or Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI). Cloud experience a plus
