Finance Transformation APEX PMO Project Manager

The Finance Transformation APEX PMO is a worldwide team that’s vital to operationalizing the APEX vision. You will have an impact on users, processes, technology and organizational change across the CFO organization and work cross-functionally with the other functional PMOs and Dell Digital to deliver a seamless, frictionless experience for our customers.

What you’ll achieve
As a Project Manager in the Finance Transformation APEX PMO you will be responsible for leading projects to enable the smooth operation of the APEX portfolio of offers.

You will:

  • Lead projects for Finance North Star for APEX

  • Develop and improve business processes to achieve operational excellence

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings and efficiency improvements

  • Plan and facilitate required workshops and meetings to develop new processes and IT requirements for Finance APEX North Star

  • Work with functional SMEs to formulate end to end solutions, develop phased roll-out plans, and assess impact of process on other functional organizations

  • Facilitate cross-functional issue resolution through identification of risks issues and required mitigation to ensure end to end process excellence
