Customer Cyber Security and Trust Program Lead - Dell Technologies Services (DTS)

In developing innovative programs and working across control frameworks and business segments, you will build strategy, align resources, and continuously improve the security and resiliency experience for our customers.
What you'll achieve:
Build security into every service and solution offering through close partnership with our portfolio and product management organization. Bringing your experience in cloud technology and “as a service” delivery models drive security, resiliency, and privacy as the world’s largest technology company pivots to provide technology as a service.
Build a multi-year strategy with quarterly and annual goals to increase the security and resiliency of our service offerings to drive to continually earn customer trust in a continually more interconnected world.
Work closely with customer data protection team members in the Security and Resiliency (SRO) organization to ensure cybersecurity strategies and capability are aligned with business objectives in customer data protection.
Bring a process engineering perspective to drive continuous improvement in security control implementation across the value chain in customer services and support delivery.
Will help program manage and administer the Customer Security and Trust Council (CSTC) to drive cross business awareness of best practices in protecting customers’ physical, digital assets and data.
Prepare and provide quarterly executive level presentations of compliance risks and remediation status.
Partner with physical security colleagues to ensure facilities that house customer services delivery organizations or which host customer data receive appropriate physical security controls.
In partnership with Third Party Risk Management will work with our partners and suppliers to ensure they are equally focused and contractually obligated to protect our customers assets and data.
Will ensure voice of the customer surveys and assessments capture customer expectations and desires for data protection, privacy, physical asset management, and other relevant areas.

Here's what we are looking for in this role:
12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years with a Master’s degree or 5+ years with a PhD with emphasis on Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or other technical field of study preferred.
Progressing from more technical roles you now bring broad and diverse skills across cybersecurity strategy, operations, security architecture, vulnerability management, data privacy, and cloud security
Ability to drive drive security, resiliency, and privacy across the Cloud and delivery models as DELL pivots to provide technology as a service.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Ability to drive highly complex, cross-organizational initiatives through the influencing of and negotiation with stakeholders
Ability to engage executive level stakeholders on complex matters with limited oversight and guidance while effectively presenting complex technical topics to senior non-technical audiences
Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Business, or related field preferred
Professional certifications in cybersecurity, privacy, and/or cloud technologies preferred.
