Cybersecurity Transformation Specialist
Location: Remote - US

What you’ll achieve
As a Cybersecurity Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Cybersecurity organization in the management and optimization of our portfolio of cybersecurity programs. You will work with the CISO Program Office and stakeholders across all Cybersecurity domains, as well as, external consultants, vendors, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Communications and IT. Managing multi-functional team coordination of activities, you will ensure projects align with the CISO’s strategic vision and track KPIs/KRIs.
- Manage mid-to-large sized initiatives, including mergers | acquisitions | divestitures, where impact is across all cybersecurity functions
- Develop solutions to complex business problems or customer engagements through in-depth analysis, coordination and negotiation with key decision-makers
- Evaluate and recommend techniques and practices that ensure goal achievement
- Influence and manage continuous improvement of cybersecurity program, processes, practices and initiatives
- Identify areas of risk/opportunities; and influence and implement continuous improvements

- 12+ years of relevant experience with at least 5 years of experience working in a large technology firm with a global footprint
- Strong cybersecurity generalist with the ability to dig deeper into complex problems as needed
- Prior cyber business operations, cyber consulting, cyber strategy and/or project/program experience
- Knowledgeable about risk management and cybersecurity governance as well as strong awareness of industry trends
- Strong expertise in security frameworks, including NIST CSF, ISO 27000, NIST 800-53 assessments and/or transformations
- SAFe and Agile certified
- Progress towards a security industry certification such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) preferred
