What you’ll achieve
As a Manager, you will lead a team that responds to diverse and highly complex digital security problems, overseeing techniques and advocating for effective cybersecurity solutions. Joining our Cybersecurity Analysis & Operations team, you will provide day-to-day oversight of a globally distributed Enterprise Vulnerability Scanning Operations team; manage escalations; collaborate with the tools and vulnerability management remediation teams; and use data to drive device and vulnerability discovery across all environments and process improvement.
Manage a team of Vulnerability Scanning practitioners responsible for identifying all devices and applications e.g. (host, container, web application, database, etc.) and their vulnerabilities in all networks and environments
Lead and motivate a global team in a dynamic, global, cross-functional environment; this includes establishing goals and objectives for the team, providing coaching and mentoring to team members, overseeing team member career development and training programs, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
Provide detailed management level reporting and dashboards designed to demonstrate consistency against expected control outcomes and agreed-upon standard SLAs. Handle customer escalations and ensure best possible outcomes are achieved
Regularly interact with senior leadership and IT Stakeholders and work cross-functionally with other leads in Cybersecurity, IT and/or business functions to meet program goals and objectives
Lead the development of innovative solutions and drive implementation of new tools and technologies related to vulnerability management and scanning activities that meet customer requirements and program goals
Supervise and work on maturing vulnerability management program services and processes. Support implementation and operational best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals

8+ years relevant experience in a large Global Enterprise environment or equivalent combination of education/professional experience in a similar role
Experience leading Enterprise Vulnerability Management and/or Scanning programs, projects, teams or initiatives
Deep understanding of IT and Cybersecurity technologies and concepts peripheral to network security
Nexpose/InsightVM skills/experience required followed by Twistlock and Tenable.
Demonstrated ability to utilize data to drive metrics/KPIs/reporting
Understands change management & service management best practices with experience supporting global customers
Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration across organizations and geographies; builds relationships and values diverse perspectives
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security or related field
Previous people management experience strongly preferred
CISSP, CISM or similar security certification advantageous
