What you’ll achieve:

The Brand, Campaigns, Creative and Experiential organization is phasing significant transformation due to business transformation (APEX) or digital transformation, the goal of this role is to make change more manageable for the organization by putting together change management plans and collaborating with different stakeholders to execute on it.  

You will:

  • Be the lead for Change Management in the BCCE organization, as part of that you’ll create Change Management Strategy for the BCCE organization with the input of different stakeholders and/or outside consultant (i.e Sirius Decisions) to support different initiatives like APEX or Agile

  • Act as extended team member for the Marketing APEX PMO Lead

  • Engage with different levels of the organization to develop recommendations that are impactful and feasible

  • Work in partnership with a PM in the execution of Change Management Plans (Plan, Roadmaps, Process, KPIS, Reporting, etc)

  • Measure the impact of Change Management Plans and gather feedback for continuous optimization

  • Provide Project Management Support to BCCE APEX Captains in Marketing Transformation Initiatives
