Assessing market trends, creating advertising opportunities and developing marketing programs, Channel Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer & partner engagement. Responsible for leading the connected messaging plan development within the broader media plan – from planning kickoff, strategic planning, plan creation, creative reviews, and program optimizations while interacting directly with business stake holders and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging teams with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive ‘to partner’ marketing policies and activities.

What you’ll achieve
As a Channel Marketing Communications Manager, you will lead the marcom plan development within the broader campaign plan – from roadmap kickoff, strategic planning, plan creation, creative reviews, and program optimizations – that achieve sales demand for Dell Technologies solutions and services.
Lead the ‘To Partner’ marketing communication efforts – from planning kickoff, roadmap creation, reviews and optimizations, providing updates and presenting results
Partner with and influence Dell Channel public relations and social media teams to make plans real for our business stakeholders
Work with global teams -- campaign marketing, audience targeting and asset production -- to increase visibility, education and awareness to key industry audiences
Manage innovative planning processes to deliver best in class operations to deliver agile and compelling campaigns
Report on results and deliver insights for ever-improving customer engagement across our ‘To Partner’ vehicles
Develop and deliver best of breed webinar program to inform Dell partners of Dell Technologies solutions and services

Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:
4 to 8 years of experience in B2B Marketing, email marketing and project management with an outstanding history of success
Experience working with SFDC Marketing Cloud or other email deployment platform
Track record with customer profiles and journeys to inform future state
Strong communication skills to articulate high-level advertising strategy within all levels of the organization
Robust written communications skills: copywriting and copyediting skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
Infrastructure industry and channel marketing experience are preferred
