Overview: We’re looking for an outstanding Customer/Client Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing team. Our community say it best – and your mission will be to amplify the voice of our community so that the market can learn and hear directly from their peers about just how fantastic Secureworks is. You are someone who has been there and done it. You know the mechanics behind a world class advocacy program and can point to the short and long-term successes and the challenges. You will support the strategy and execution of the program.You'll be looking after our customer references, developing a customer repository of case studies, references, logos, blog posts and quotes, helping to launch and manage all review site relationships and activity.

Role Responsibilities

  • Go-To-Market Execution: Collaborate on product launch process from inception to execution including positioning, content development and determination of sales channels internationally across industry verticals.
  • Customer Advocacy: Provide marketing support for the customer community including maintaining and optimizing the strategy for identifying, recruiting, engaging with, and delighting customer advocates.
  • Content Development: Write and edit case studies, advocacy blog posts, and related sales enablement materials.
  • Customer Reviews: Own the execution and relationship with our customer review platforms

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent, MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years relevant experience in Product Marketing and/or Customer Marketing
  • Software company experience; cybersecurity or data analytics experience preferred
  • Experience working with industry research firms a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Strong written, verbal, and visual capabilities across multiple communication channels (in English)
  • Demonstrated experience in technology marketing, including the ability to take technical concepts and communicate them to both business and technical audiences
  • Persuasive evangelist that instills confidence that Secureworks technology and approach are the best for the customer and therefore the company
  • Exceptional interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills – polished communication and presentation skills with an ability to build relationships across teams
