Role Responsibilities

Product Solution Engineer will support product development initiatives to develop and improve features of theTaegis™ XDR platform. Working in a collaborative environment with analysts, software engineers, UX designers and quality assurance engineers, you will help realize the vision ofTaegis™ XDR.  In addition to working onTaegis™ XDR, you will provide ongoing support for our legacy Counter Threat Platform.

Develop and maintain a detailed level of understanding of theSecureworksproduct suite and infrastructure.Identify gaps and work with Product Management and Development groups to build technological solutions for those gaps, using a diverse range of technical solutions.
Author detailed functional and business requirements and success criteria for theprojects

Develop training and documentation to enable the Security Operations teams to provide service and support toSecureworksproducts and services.
Effectively communicate procedural and technical issues to internal and external customers in a fast paced and customer critical environment.
Develop athorough understanding of internal operational and customer workflows. Maintain knowledge of common customer network environments to develop appropriate security solutions.
Support a major 3rd party managed platform (new version validations, top tier escalation support for SOC teams, maintain lab and cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot problems, and work with the vendor and internal teams as needed).
Anticipate operational issues and develop preventative measures.

MinimumRequirements

Minimum of5years of experiencein network security or experience working in a Security Operations Center as an Analyst or similar role using a SIEMplatform
Minimum of3 yearsof experiencesupporting the integration of 3rd party platforms into a securityplatform

Minimum of3years of experienceGolang and/orPython
Minimum of3years of experiencebuildingProof-of-Concepts for development and productteams

Preferred Skills

Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field

CISSP, GCIA, GSEC or other related certifications
Threat hunting methodologiesusing both endpoint and network-basedtelemetry
Common IT and development frameworks such as Agile, SDLC, and ITIL
