Role Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner assists to lead the efforts of our HRBP team in achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the team to shape global HR programs and policies.  This position reports to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and will be a key agent of change among the leaders it serves, as well as the overall HR team.

  • Work with Chief People Officer to report on HR initiatives and programs to Senior Leadership team as well as the Board of Directors
  • Scans and benchmarks the marketplace to identify and leverage best practices and trends to influence the business and HR agenda
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates team members to ensure the efficient operation of the organization
  • Develops and drives company-wide people programs and initiatives, specifically workforce planning, culture and organizational change management.
  • Serves as a leader and partner to the other global business partner team members.
  • Provides advice and feedback regarding the design and rollout of key programs and advises VP(s), SVP(s) and other senior management on HR policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions, which may be significantly complex
  • Viewed as subject matter expert and maintains contacts with external sources to stay apprised of current trends and new legislative changes
  • Ensures multi-location continuity in terms of philosophy, company culture, and practices which fosters uniform direction and thinking Identifies opportunities to expand and strengthen HRBP’s role in supporting client’s organization
  • Individual Contributor role

Minimum Requirements

  • Position requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Organization Development, or related field or equivalent work experience. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in HR Business Partner leadership, in addition to experience in developing and executing HR strategic initiatives.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience partnering with the executive C-Suite.
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience, particularly with the executive C-suite.

  • Remote - Atlanta preferred
