Role Responsibilities

  • Monthly Processing Commission for Sales Organization including validating system generated calculations, trending monthly totals, and working with accounting to ensure accruals are accurate.
  • Manually calculating any one-off plans or SPIFFs not automated in the system
  • Answering Inquires and handling disputes from sales team on commissions issues
  • Training new hires and answering questions on the commissions system
  • Working with the system admin to test any new commission plan calculations or system enhancements

Minimum Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Understanding of Commissions Processes and calculating commission plans
  • Good Customer Service skills when dealing with salespeople

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience with ICM Varicent and Salesforce
  • Experienced with creating calculation models for new commission plans
