We work in partnership with fulfillment and logistics providers to ensure a visible service to our supply chain and smooth delivery services to end users.

What you’ll achieve
 You will be responsible for driving digital transformation and strategic programs; work with several internal cross functional teams on a multitude of programs and projects designed to streamline Dell's logistics network and drive data enhancement goals.


You will:

Lead the development of inbound digital transformation

Gain high level understanding of operations to develop industry leading metrics

Work within inbound team to drive application of dashboards and oversee practical adaptation

Drive data quality with providers and establish minimum requirements for future business awards

Demonstrate flexibility in approach to insure alignment with changing business landscape

Be active participant in strategic initiatives that identify and mitigate business risks to ensure continuity of supply or improve efficiency

Work cross-functionally with internal/external stakeholders and drive solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Participate in cross-functional core teams and lead the efforts to drive influence across the inbound supply chain.

Work with Logistics Service Providers to ensure complete understanding of logic behind metrics to ensure we are driving to meet service level agreements

Attend business reviews with supplier partners and assist in driving initiatives and network optimization opportunities.

Essential Requirements

B.S. in Supply Chain or similar is preferred or 3-5 years of relevant education and experience.

Work under general guidance.

Be highly functional in an ambiguous environment

Demonstrated tactical and business acumen skills.

Strength in the core competencies of organizational agility.

Command and presentation skills are critical.

Familiarity with Oracle, Tableau, Power BI and MS Office Suite is required

Desirable Requirements

Advanced analytic skills with SQL, Visual Basic, Python, RPA and other data management systems will be helpful in the role.
