From evaluating sales incentive plans to diagnosing sales force training needs, it’s about improving both the quality and quantity of sales activities.

The Product Line Manager is the front end regional marketing product role to ensure effective launch, profitability, and end of life of products.Success is products performing well to their lifecycle plans and quickly resolved operational issues. PLMs coordinate across organizations
to develop and deploy product plans including Supply Chain, PG, and Field Marketing along with counterparts in the CoC.PLM owns the regional financial performance of their assigned products and initiates or influences programs to achieve those goals.

PLM act as the primary interface to the PG and ISG Marketing organizations within the ISG Sales organization.The PLMs coordinate input from the rest of the organization, create requests with estimated valuation, and operationalize global programs from their global partners.

PLMs, Pricing, and Merchandisers select offers to sell online, direct, and distribution with promotional plans to drive volume. PLMs, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain plan transitions, unit volumes, attach rates, etc. to ensure consistent supply for sales while minimizing Dell’s supply chain costs.

PLMs ensure the sales force has the knowledge, assets, content, and tools they need to effectively sell ISG products.When acceleration is needed, the PLMs will work with FMMs to develop and launch programs improving product sales.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years product management experience
  • Experience driving initiatives across cross-functional teams in a global environment
  • Ability to establish and manage your business to a set of key metrics and goal as well as working well with Sales and engineers
  • 2+ Years Cloud expertise

  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
