You will:

  • As a Data Engineer within Process Engineering you will partner closely with other data engineers, Data architects, Analysts, Program Managers to create process models that will be used in Process Mining.

  • Responsible to manage all data transformations across the lifecycle of the project

  • Ability to work with multiple datasets coming from multiple data sources.

  • Assist with implementation of KPI measures, and tracking dashboards to manage process performance for sustainability and continuous improvement, quantifying savings, and benefit versus effort

  • Build the right data engineering solutions (complex data models) that can be scaled and require minimum maintenance.

  • Thorough documentation of the technical solutions for every use-case along with supporting architecture and data models.  

  • Interface with other team members to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL 

  • Responsible for identifying information sources, gathering, and interpreting business requirements into underlying data entities

  • Involved in critical process mining projects that will ultimately help to improve our global, end-to-end supply chain.

  • Responsible for driving key data initiatives for the organization, working as part of small, focused teams in roles that vary according to the team’s goals

  • Support product owners through participating and synthesizing stakeholder interviews

  • Deploy automated solutions wherever possible thus enabling the process community with best practices and sophisticated solutions.



Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience
  • Experience in multiple functions within the supply chain, with a demonstrated ability to ramp quickly into a new environment with new challenges.

Preference

  • Experienced as a Data Engineer
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Experience in building data solutions and managing multiple datasets from multiple data sources
  • Experience in Python, knowledge of agile methodologies & MPP databases
  • Knowledge of Process Engineering is a plus
