We use our in-depth knowledge and experience to develop strategic relationships with external suppliers as well as with key stakeholders. Our role also includes leading contract negotiations, managing risk, driving cost-saving initiatives and implementing strategic sourcing best practices.

What you’ll achieve

Drives business strategy and/or sales objectives through demand, supply and capacity inputs to orchestrate decisions on forecasts and customer commitments.  Evaluates market, commodity, product, and platform dynamics to demand forecast.  Generates demand plans that support product/peripheral transitions. Influences demand shaping with sales segments during times of supply imbalances or when required to meet a shift in the regional marketing or financial plans.


You will:

Orchestrates stakeholder engagement to influence business impact on supply chain planning.

Analyzes demand trends and forecast performance that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors to make adjustments to future demand plans.
Leverages advanced statistical models to provide forecasts based on demand characteristics. 
Manages substantial product/peripheral transition to avoid delivery delay and Excess & Obsolescence.
Drives material allocation decisions and translates material allocation to customer commitments on supportability and lead-times.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor's and 8+ years of relevant demand and/or material planning, inventory management, supply chain and operations experience

Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate forecasting plans and assumptions

Market research, data analysis experience/skills

Working knowledge of MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, SQL, Power BI

Analytical, organizational skills


Desirable Requirements

Supplier evaluation skills/experience
