Designs, plans, and leads implementation of telecommunication systems Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing voice, data, or video systems and procedures Reviews work-in-progress and suggests corrective action to keep projects on schedule Writes and maintains operating manuals and assists in preparing activity and progress reports regarding telecommunications function Ensures that installed systems are working effectively and may provide direction to technicians and analysts who install and maintain systems May periodically assist in orienting, training, assigning, and checking the work of less experienced team members Recognizes business needs when prioritizing projects and selecting methods and techniques for solving telecommunication problems Frequently suggests solutions based on analysis and interpretation of telecommunication equipment diagnostics, usage, and programming May manage short term projects to successful completion May manage network convergence projects

Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling our ground-breaking products by building relationships with customers through telephone and email conversations. It will be your job to ensure that every customer interaction is tailored and exceptional.

You will:

  • Work with customers/partners in complex business environments to devise new and innovative solutions to business problems
  • Manage a high number of medium accounts, or a fewer number of large accounts
  • Occasionally support outside sales lead
  • Contribute beyond self and be sought out by others
  • Utilize strategic probing to identify, evaluate and recommend alternative business solutions


Essential Requirements:

  • Must have experience in Self-Service, eCommerce, or Product-Qualified Sales.
  • Must be able to engage and nurture customers from lead, through first purchase, to expansion and renewal.
  • Recognition of improvement opportunities with individuals and within segment
  • Effective use of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, SFDC, SalesLoft, Marketto.
  • Good knowledge of the iPaaS market, customers, and buying patterns.
