Senior Consultant/Director Investor Relations

We’re looking for people who want to grow with Dell Technologies while helping us grow our reputation in the marketplace. Our Investor Relations team promotes our relationship with the investing public and financial professionals to enhance the standing of Dell Technologies' stock and debt. As part of the Investor Relations team, you will monitor trends to develop strategies for maintaining a consistent corporate image while still allowing for growth.

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Consultant/Director, Investor Relations, you report to the SVP of investor relations. You will be responsible for daily interaction with Wall Street investors, analysts and lenders communicating corporate strategy and performance. You will formulate financial communication strategy and content for analyst presentations, analyst meetings and quarterly earnings. You will also be responsible for preparation of executive presentations and speeches for analyst conferences and other events. You will work with the external financial community, consultants, stock markets and investor relations industry experts. Internally, you will work cross-functionally with accounting, treasury, tax, legal, communications, marketing, industry analyst relations, business unit finance and sales, procurement, operations and human resources.

  • Disseminate information about the company and subsidiaries
  • Attract the optimal mix of equity and debt holders
  • Interpret and share actionable insight from the investment community
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and reduce the risk of inadvertent disclosures
  • Attract and develop top talent

Essential Requirements

  • 7-10 years experience in investor relations
  • Experience in related financial fields
  • Undergraduate degree in business or related discipline
  • Strong understanding of income statement, balance sheet, cashflow statement and other financial statements

Desirable Requirements

  • MBA, MS in Finance, MS in accounting or related field,
  • CPA, CFA, IRC or other related certifications
