Fully trained on the latest upgrades or new products, the team can diagnose the problem and recommend the right solution.

What you’ll achieve
The Senior Principal Engineer will manage the planning, development, installation and operations of network systems by evaluating current and future business requirements and provide support for all customers as it relates to network design, network operations, network convergence and network security.
Provides advanced technical support within an area of expertise to clients and internal personnel on complex issues and has a lead role within major projects
Responsible for developing global project plans, budgets, schedules and documentation of work results Involved in developing, modifying and executing internal policies
May develop network standards for global adoption
Consistently provides guidance and project direction to less-experienced staff
Works on unusually complex problems and provides solutions, which are highly innovative
Collaborates with other cross-functional groups and other engineering and architecture groups Independently analyzes and provides innovative solutions to network engineering and design projects
Conducts senior leader presentations
Authors and distributes technology white papers
Participates in development of highly complex, innovative, and cost-effective solutions to problems facing organization; technical expertise is utilized in areas such as business acquisition, and/or client support
Defines architecture and standards for complex global, unified communications infrastructures

Essential Requirements
15+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience
Mastery of appropriate networks, products and protocols: EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, DNS, DHCP, Layer 2, Layer 3
Experience with Cisco Nexus (Arista EOS or Dell FTOS highly desirable as well)
Technical background in Mobile Networks architecture
Strong skillset in fiber and storage area network (SAN)
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Strong understanding of networking services and protocols: iSCSI, PXE, DNS, DHCP, IPAM
Desirable Requirements
Experience with 4G / 5G mobility network
Customer management skills and strong communication skills
Ability to work in a virtual team environment
Self-motivated
Available to travel occasionally
