Showcasing excellence and innovation at every stage, theService ProviderSolutions Practice Leadis responsible forleading apractice team focused onworking with partners to identify and jointly build/take to marketservice providersolutions based on Dell Technologies (Dell,DellEMC, VMWare, Virtustream, Boomi) and 3rd party ISV capabilities. Using a wealth of technical and industry experience, we work across functional areas to implement our products or solutions. We undertake thorough analysis of the markets to ensure we maximize profitability and adjust our product strategies to respond to competition. Our role also involves acting as subject matter experts for internal and external product events or partner meetings.
Note this position requires working with team members globally, including US, Australia, Middle East, and Europe on a daily basis
Manage a Solutions Creations practice consisting of a global team ofSolution Architects
Understanding of the different types and models of service providers including Telecom, Cloud Service Provider,Systems Integrator, andStrategic Outsourcers
Chair review meetings of solutions built by the team for accuracy, completeness,professionalism, business results, and adherence to templates/process
Co-develop “aaS” solutions with Service provider partners globally
Implement solutions forService Providersbased onGo-To-Market strategies
Support and deliver solutions to theService ProviderCampaignPracticeto drive adoption and awareness of the solutions globally
Work with keyService Providerpartners to understand business needs and recommend projects for solution creation
Lead Ideation workshops to determine how we can partner withService Providers
Drive successful adoption ofService Providersolutions through both internal and external partnership
Coordinate with technical teams and project management to drive successful creationofService Providersolutions
BuildnewService Providersolutionsand artifacts based on a defined Solution Creation Process (SCP)
Provide weekly status updates on project status
Coordinate across internal team and business units across the enterprise to implement solutions
15+ yearssolution creationexperiencewith/forService Providers
Team leadership experience
Experience with Project Planning tools and methodology
Understanding of Service Provider market, requirements, technologies, drivers Storage Technologies
Business development / strategic analysis
Telco Cloud Technologies, Cloud Service Provider Technologies
Strong Communication Skills
Telco Technologies (NFV, OSS, BSS, SDWAN, 5G, ORAN, VRAN,etc)
