Innovative projects that deliver cutting edge results do not run themselves. Project and Program Management within Business Support ensure projects run seamlessly, from start to finish. Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

What you’ll achieve
You will be responsible for leading all aspects of initial plans, setting budgets, supervising project activities and communicating achievements to key stakeholders.

You will:
Lead a defined project activity or module of projects/programs
Define, allocate and monitor appropriate tasks within an area of responsibility
Identify priorities and resources relative to each initiative, project or program
Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices and recommendations
Provide direction and guidance to project team, while making recommendations to senior management

Essential Requirements
Demonstrated ability to lead project teams
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills
2 to 5 years of supply chain management, operations consulting or strategic planning, project experience

Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Agile,

Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
