The Dell Technologies Online Experience (DTX) Organization is designed to enable globally consistent online experiences and capabilities, exponential sales growth, fulfill globally consistent SLAs for operational and experiential updates and accelerate the focus and momentum to transform Dell.com by maintaining parallel efforts to run and evolve the site.

What you’ll achieve

You will lead the China Dell.com Run the Business Team and own the operational excellence for the Dell.com experience delivering a world class customer experience while driving online growth.

You will:

  • Oversee flawless online execution including but not limited to content selection, campaigns, pathing & navigation, promotions.
  • Lead and develop 16 - 20 direct reports, managing team member development and be responsible for hiring, onboarding & training.
  • Drive Global Consistency, adhering to page/site guidelines and meeting quick-turn SLAs.
  • Work with the team on daily site audits, user acceptance testing for new features (UAT), participate in future tools and feature planning,
  • Simplify and improve existing processes and define new processes as and when necessary ensuring buy-in and alignment with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:

  • 3-5 years people management / leadership experience with a proven track record of building a strong and diverse team culture
  • Experience in Marketing or Sales and eCommerce plus
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills - ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, and across multiple stakeholder teams
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and multiple direction changes
