Senior Manager, Inside Sales APJ

Beyond day-to-day people management, our team also shapes, executes and communicates specific sales strategies.

What you’ll achieve

As an Inside Sales Senior Manager, you will manage a team of inside sales account managers who are responsible for overseeing and selling Dell Technologies products, including personal computers, electronics and accessories, mobility products, enterprise solutions, services and packaged software. You will also represent, communicate and execute on specific sales strategies.

You will:

  • Create a high-energy outbound calling culture with a strong “phone first” emphasis as they drive this team to generate new logo pipeline for the Field Sales organizations and position Boomi appropriately.

  • The field sales team is spread across ANZ, Japan and Asia and you will be working hand in hand with the sales executives and sales leaders to strategically drive inbound/outbound call campaigns and be measured on results.

  • Lead the inside sales and business development team and will be responsible for effectively defining and implementing the appropriate overall regional and country inside sales strategy.

  • Grow, mentor and lead a world-class inside sales organization and contribute to the overall leadership and strategy of Boomi APJ’s field sales organization.

  • Work closely with the regional sales leaders, APJ pre-Sales, APJ channel and APJ marketing to design and launch complementary business development campaigns.

Essential Requirements:

  • 5+ years of pan-APJ regional sales experience within fast growth environments.

  • 15+ years of sales experience selling complex enterprise software and / or IT solutions – SaaS experience a major plus

  • 5+ years proven ability to lead a sales team and manage the scientific / number driven as well as softer / gut driven aspects of sales

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.

  • Proficient with CRM and Selling tools such as Clari and Salesforce
