Advisor, Business Development (Sales Rebate & MDF)

What you’ll achieve
In this role, you will be critical to support the regional Dell sales organization in receiving the most competitive costing available by managing Meet Comp sales rebates for multiple vendors. In addition, you will provide operational support to regionwide Intel and AMD MDF funded sales and marketing activities including claiming and compliance checks, forecasts, and managing partner MDF portals. As a Sales Rebate and MDF operations manager , you will be responsible for accurate and timely forecasting and claiming of sales rebates and providing operational support for the planning and execution of MDF funded activities. You will work with sales, alliances, marketing, COC, finance and accounting.
Own all SFDC related operations for sales rebates: i) Update all agreement information into SFDC tool and Contract pdf ii) Work with sales to update accounts in SFDC on weekly basis iii) To update any pricing changes in SFDC for all accounts. Also, track win / loss on deals and consolidate outlooks.
Intel baseline Seeding operational support, working with CoC and Finance
Intel ISG and CSG sales rebate claiming and compliance check. Work with Finance, PM country leads, Procurement on consolidation.
Regional Intel Operations – Support all regional AMD & Intel related initiatives in ART portal e.g POC, regional programs, New/Incremental funds

Minimum 2+ Years of relevant experience in IT or similar disciplines
Knowledge and relevant usage of SFDC, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to convey information clearly and manage relationships across multiple stakeholders
Skilled in data organization and interpretation, with a focus on being detail oriented
Experience in ensuring flawless execution of programs in conjunction with internal and external partners
Bachelor’s degree or higher; or equivalent work experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work remotely across time zones
