What you’ll achieve
As a Project/Program Management Analyst, you will assist on various projects with defined deliverables, managing the scope, timeline, budget and quality through the duration of the project.
You will:
- Support APJ, EMEA and AMER working hours on rotation basis
- Manage partners to deliver ARS service to customer within the required SLA which includes order dispatch, service schedule, reporting, payment, customer call back etc.
- Ensure the delivery of the service meets contract specifications and support large and complex project delivery
- Support internal stakeholder for e-waste recycling programs and continued growth of Advancing Sustainability programs
- Timely review operation metrics (CE, cycle time, open call, pending payment) and improve the operational performance

Essential Requirements
- Fresh graduates from any relevant background, able to join by Feb/Mar 2024
- Excellent written and verbal English & Chinese communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and multi-task in a dynamic environment
- A dedication to teamwork and leadership
- Experienced in vendor management and service operational support
Desirable Requirements
- Additional language like Japanese and Korean is added as advantage
