Inside Product Specialist (Vietnam speaking)

What you’ll achieve
As an Inside Product Specialist, you will deliver technical solutions to the Inside Sales Team that address customers’ varying needs, either working on your own or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions.
You will:
- Focus on Dell Client Solutions / Products and assist in selling activities and positioning of these technologies through inside sales teams
- Responsible for developing and executing the GTM(Grow To Market) strategy and demand-gen activities
- Advise sales / customer of product features, configurations, pricing, services, availability, etc. Incumbents will have sufficient knowledge to understand product features and the benefits to customers
- Drive core client business demand into installed base and net new accounts working through the inside sales organization. Establish plans and strategies to defend, expand and grow the customer base
- Deliver technical presentations to sales teams with the purpose of increasing the knowledge base to drive greater demand

Essential Requirements
- Fresh graduates from any related background (graduated less than 1 year)
- Can effectively communicate with Vietnamese & English speaking (must)
- Operational command of business, sales acumen and messaging
- Possess a strong product / technology / industry / customer knowledge, understands technical features of products to provide appropriate solutions
- Strong organizational skills, develops and applies project management techniques
