RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Creates FGA level templates ​for all countries & Routes to market.
*Develop sell-against materials to improve sales effectiveness and owns sales enablement across countries by LOB (e.g., training regional sales on product pitches)​
*Reviews FGA level qualification rules provided by PG Ops team and make necessary changes to the FGA list
*Lead process improvements to shorten product launch schedules
* Provides input into: item forecast & mix planning & product transition playbooks.
*Operational Excellence around new product launch  with PLM, Assortment planners & Online team.
*Participates in product business planning, forecasts, lifecycle planning

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Product Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for solutions and technology marketing activities designed to increase sales growth and expand market share.
You will:
• Drive efficiency on FGA/FHC Product life cycle Management.

• Work closely with Product Management, Online team to ensure perfect execution on New Product Launch
• Assist in the planning and implementation of launches, core positioning, messaging, sales training and marketing programs

Essential Requirements
• 2 to 5 years of related experience
• Excellent writing skills using complicated technical concepts to describe a clear and impactful story
• Ability to self-start, with a positive attitude that takes initiative in solving marketing challenges
• Capability to build strong relationships and work across multiple functions and teams

Desirable Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or other related degrees
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with aptitude to grasp new programs quickly
