Senior Analyst, Customer/Technical Training (Technical Trainer)

You will:
Delivers, designs, authors and edits moderately complex e-learning, webbased, blended and classroom curriculum to a variety of audiences including employees, end-user customers, partners, resellers, distributors, or systems integrators
Execute and share best practices for ensuring excellence in facilitator and instructor training and performance
Ensure effective delivery of training and solutions to support the highest competence given the level of knowledge and skills required. Conduct pilot training and providing feedback to adjust materials to better serve Dell team members
Deliver to a variety of students from different geographies using virtual tools, design innovative methodologies to keep your learners engaged in platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Adobe Connect
Develop and review of new training materials and analyzing Dell team member feedback and provide feedback for recommended revisions to course curriculum
Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions
Partners with the business and subject matter experts to assess and customize training based on current and future needs
Be viewed both internally and externally as an expert on learning and development, learning and motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques that ensure optimal level of training delivery initiatives
Govern own metrics like utilization, CSAT etc and perform course corrections as needed

Essential Requirements
Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience in Education or in troubleshooting CSG (Client Solutions Group) product line
Fluent in English language is a must
Ability to deliver soft skills training
Expert knowledge of Client End to End products
Experience teaching, coaching, and/or facilitating in a professional environment
Must have both the necessary technical knowledge and the real-world experience in the subject matter they are assigned to train
Demonstrated ability to apply adult education principals and theory
Training measurement, evaluation and facilitation skills
Excellent communication skills
Desirable Requirements
Ideally possess an Industry Certifications and client and/or Enterprise level (A+, Server+, Proven Professional)
Product knowledge of ISG products 14G/15G is desirable
