What you’ll achieve

As B2B APJ Production lead, you will be responsible for managing an end-to-end process of adapting global creative contents to specific APJ markets based on quarterly media plans, which encompasses managing governance of creative requirements & customization, translation validation, production schedules, MDF & legal compliance and ensuring on-time delivery of error-free local communications. This role requires working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders including the global creative, local GTM, partner marketing, legal, Claim & Compliance, product merchandising and agency teams. Strong communication and project management skills are essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primarily focus on executing quarterly multi-vehicle media plans with selected global creative assets.

  • Plan quarterly SOW together with Field Marketing team to ensure development, production and completion of marketing campaigns/programs.

  • Act as subject-matter expert and champion to provide guidance and training across all involved functions to ensure alignment & awareness on the standard global production process.

  • Enable & govern on-brand customization via regional master process.

  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software to facilitate in-house production.

  • Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills with an ability to work remotely with cross-functional, regional and global teams

  • Eye for details, quality oriented and proven ability to work well and influence others.

  • Extremely organized and motivated; able to manage time and drive multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment and meet tight deadlines and comfortable with ambiguity and imperfect information; demonstrated ability in solving problems creatively.

  • At ease in successfully collaborating across teams and geographies.

Desirable Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing / Advertising

  • Totally 4~6 years of general marketing experience or 2~3 year marcom agency experience is preferred.

  • Proficiency with required graphic design tools including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
