What you’ll achieve
As a Inside Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for selling Dell’s products and services while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. You will support the field sales leader while working effectively in a team environment towards goals.
- Organize data according to channel, product, and customer dimensions, and provide basic data support for distributor resource analysis
- Through data collation, find abnormal situations in the distributor's resources, and ask questions to the manager after verifying with the data provider
- Communicate with product operations and other departments on distributor resource projects, assist in optimizing processes, and ensure compliance

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, master’s degree is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office; Excel for data processing is preferred
- Experienced in project management is preferred
- Good at interpersonal communication
- Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing
- Good team player and Basic SQL skill is a plus
