Consultant Project/Program Manager- Global Partner Operations, Business Transformation and Partner Success Team

Strategic Program management within Partner Operations ensure the program execution run seamlessly, from start to finish. This role will be focused on delivering our online modernization targets for our Partner ecosystem - Reseller, Distribution, and Alliances. This role will ensure cross functional teams work collaboratively and effectively.

What you’ll achieve
As the Partner Online Consultant Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing quarterly plans, tracking and delivering against critical actions to achieve our online targets for your region.

You will:
• Partner with the Channel online strategy lead to deliver the global outcomes for online adoption

- Understand the actions and priorities needed to achieve the quarterly targets
• Ensure the cross functional teams are clear on R&R to maximize our resourcing to deliver the best outcomes for our Partners and Dell technologies
• Coordinate alignment on priorities where needed, ensuring we are represented in the correct regional/global forums based on Partner type.
• High level knowledge of tool enhancements being deployed each quarter and what it means to your region and Partner type.

- Identify and drive regional barriers resolution

  • Regional "win room" leadership across multiple functions: OP, OBM, PSPM.. to cover Partner Barriers
  • Share top issues with global online Alliance adoption leads and Channel (Partner) experience lead

- Develop the enablement/change management plan or ensure a clear interlock where the change mgmt actions are owned elsewhere (including comms, content, audience/stakeholder analysis)

- Adoption performance tracking- all lines of business, all Channel sales motions (reseller, Disti, Back to back, Stock and Sell)

Essential Requirements
• Deep knowledge of the existing Partner ecosystem, online/ offline processes and sales motions
• Solid track record in project management, supporting a Channel Partner including Process / Regional complexities as well as onboarding to Dell Technologies' online platforms)
• Ability to lead large multi-headed projects and project teams

- Strong communication skills- Partner facing and Dell Technologies' Sales Leaders

Desirable Requirements
• Excellent understanding of current Partner landscape and our North star Transformation (from onboarding, through quote, order, invoice, and services) delivering their online experience with Dell Technologies
