 Strategic Business Development Manager

Manages project analysis by defining and delegating clear responsibilities and supporting the efforts of others. Establishes stretching yet realistic deadlines and manages expectations. Specifies outputs, inputs and resources to deliver to work plan. Disaggregates project into specific analytical tasks. Extracts themes across disparate analysis within work stream. Develops the story early, as content is developed. Writes key sections of presentations. Acts as informal mentor to junior colleagues. Proactively develops and maintains relationships with relevant subject matter experts and previous colleagues. Creates compelling „storyboards‟ with limited guidance. Focuses outputs on driving action and clear decisions. Estimates time requirements effectively. Builds rapport and credibility quickly with business partners. Develops, drives, and synthesizes analytical results to support strategic problems as identified by leadership. Extracts themes and insights from analysis to develop hypotheses and compelling storyboards with limited guidance.

What you’ll achieve
As a  Strategic Business Development Manager(Consultant), you will be responsible for DELL com business development. Focus on consumer product opportunities both in the model of inbound and outbound.. You will work with Marketing, Sales and Merchandising teams on the Strategy and Campaign determination and implementation.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Manages business analysis by defining and delegating clear responsibilities and supporting the efforts of others.
  • Specifies outputs, inputs and resources to deliver to work plan.
  • Disaggregates project into specific analytical tasks.
  • Builds rapport and credibility quickly with business partners.

Skills:

  • 8 years Bachelor’s degree ,or 5+ years with a master; or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales strategical planning/business analysis; ecommerce business experience or consumer facing industry background will be a strong plus
  • Innovative and structured thinking.
  • Expert proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely (both written and verbally).
  • Fluent English skill.
